how to set up multiple video cameras to be viewed on 1 screen (tv or monitor) at a slight delay

I am looking for a way to set up 4 video cameras and be able to view all of them on 1 screen at the same time at a slight delay (roughly 6-10 seconds). The footage doesn't need to be stored as this will be used for live feedback sports analysis.

I would ideally have a wireless set up but am unsure how to get this to work. I have tried using the camera on a phone through chromecast to a monitor which works great for a single camera but I am not sure of any way to use this in a split screen mode from multiple devices.

Any ideas on how I might get this to work? and what sort of cameras/ hardware would be required for this?

If you go for security camera route, then those have own software for viewing all cameras at once. But if you go for more DIY style, OBS or other capture software are good option. Or getting monitor which can split PIP style per each input.
