What do you expect from a company that sells matte black RGB pieces of shit. They need to fire him and hire someone who cares about things like QC, customer support, and engineering products that actually work.

I had a chance to play around with one of their laptop, and even with it has dual fans, it's not able to keep the CPU and GPU cool, during full load, all because of the poor placements on their exhaust vents. They want their laptops to be like a MBP, that when you flip open the screen it gives it a sleek look, where the screen blocks the exhaust vents.

Not really comparable. Apple has incredible QC and I have never heard of Razer starting a free program to fix an issue with their products.

I guess we are talking about slightly different things. When I said QC I meant every apple product in a consumers hand doesn't have random issues like the Pixel for example. They might have a fundamental design flaw but not random things like dead pixels, trackpads not working, broken screens, and so on.

who would have thought that a Rich CEO would be an insufferable prick and go on power trips. the corporate world no longer surprises me. Show me a company where the CEO is liked by his employees and actually gets down on the floor with them, then i'll be shocked.
