Can't login to Ubisoft from Epic

I am trying to install Rayman Legends from the epic games store. When I go to install it, it says "Ubisoft Login Required". I click on it and a popup windows opens, but nothing happens. I have Uplay installed and I tried logging out of epic and logging back in. I also tried restarting both the epic client and my computer. See the video to see what happens. Any ideas on how to fix this?
