If you're looking for a notebook with good color accuracy, you should be looking at business laptops, not gaming laptops. https://support.hp.com/si-en/document/c06409806#AbT3

That's the HP zBook G6 17", look at their display options:

Non-touch
HP DreamColor Display,
  • 39.62 cm (17.3 in) diagonal UHD anti-glare WLED-backlit, 400 nits, 100% AdobeRGB with 10-bit color (3840 x 2160)
  • 39.62 cm (17.3 in) diagonal FHD eDP anti-glare WLED-backlit, 300 nits with Ambient Light Sensor, 72% sRGB (1920 x 1080)
Touch
  • 39.62 cm (17.3 in) diagonal UHD eDP with PSR, anti-glare, WLED-backlit, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 touch, 400 nits, 95% sRGB with ambient light sensor (3840 x 2160)

I like how HP gives FreeDOS as a choice of OS though -- so that you can reduce the cost of the machine by not buying an OS with it. I can cut the price of the laptop and then install my TotallyLegit™ Windows myself.

I you're in the US, they have a "built to order" service, where you can customize the machine with your choice of CPU, GPU, etc. which could also reduce the price. Outside the US you've only got the choice between a few models though, unfortunately.
