Upgrading My Custom Build

I bought these things based on a Micro Center Reps recommendation. I only edit videos on this computer. I have attached the screen shot of my specs. Please note I have  2 x 16 gb Ripjaw DDR and 2 x 32 gb Ripjaw ddr. My System is only saying I have 48gb available. I want this machine to be great and I need to know what to buy and build! 

 

I have a Geforce RTX 2080

 

Im not great at this so hopefully I provided the right details.
