TP link VR2800 power supply

Panc

So I recently purchased a tp link router and the power cable it came with is a little short. Attached you'll find a pic for voltage and all that stuff. Does anyone know of a longer one thats available in the uk?

well.. honestly, if you want to make it easy on yourself, just get a short extension cord.

past that, just find a place that sells power supplies and look for a 12 volt power supply that matches or exceeds the 3.3A rating, and has the same plug.

i get that stuff off reichelt.de, but i'm sure the UK has better alternatives.

And take extra care at polarity. Original one is center positive if i see it correctly. Plug in a center negative and the magic smoke escapes... :D

center negatives are a rare sight these days (unfortunate because they really are the better choice) but yes, good point.
