Every VPN can be detected.

I'll like to buy a residential VPN and not make the website I use it know that it's a VPN. I bought a VPN from a site, which states all VPN IP address are fresh, that is new, but it was detected instantly by the website that I was using a VPN.

What is the way to get around this please, and will buying a residential service VPN solve this issue. Thanks.

IP Ranges used for VPNs are really easy to flag. Your only option to buy a connection from a residential ISP then run your own VPN using that line. "Undetectable VPN" is usually a marketing bullshit, as those IPs are shared within atleast hundreds of other users.

Not only that, but all sorts of browser-addons and the likes often leak the real IP-address, which many services and websites use to detect that you're using a VPN.

So basically using my home connection as a VPN is one of the ways to do that?

Tor nodes are also really easy to detect.

Depends on what you are doing. If you want to do anything that requires fast internet and or low latency (stream content, download files, game, etc) then no, if you just want to browse the internet then yes tor is a very good option.
