Is the MPG27CQ2 G-Sync Compatible

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone know if the MSI MPG27CQ2 is G-sync Compatible. I am confused because because it is not on the list of Compatible monitors on the nvidia website but the old version (MPG27CQ) is Compatible according to MSI. I would be great full if tell me if it is or not since im looking at picking it up.
