Mouse Not Detected

xMekuri

Hello everyone. i just bought a new mouse. Marvo Scorpion Sting M916.

its not getting detected. i didnt try it on other system yet since i dont have it to test.

other mouse are detected easily but when i plugged it in for the first time then it was showing something like usb not detected and also there was an exclamatory sign in device manager.

after i googled for some solution, i uninstalled that exclamatory sign driver and now its not showing up anymore.

i even install scorpion driver and updated windows and all drivers with driver booster but still its not moving or click or scrolling.

only the led of the mouse is on and nothing else is working.

can anyone help me please ?

I don't know specifically but you should use the arrow keys in bios and go to the usb settings. Something along the lines of usb 3.0 or legacy 2.0. Try messing around there
