@ToheedThe drivers are not completely fixed yet, but knowing AMD, they will fix it eventually.

If you mean PowerColor Red Dragon 5700XT, it is a good card, check out the reviews online.

I wouldn't recommend 2060S, and 2070 is considerably more expensive than 5700XT.

Captain Obvious says that 5700XT doesn't support Cuda and RTX, which may or may not be useful in your case.

Get a 5700XT, but some model with 3 fans, drivers are fine now, got a Giga 5700XT,all OK.

The only 3 fan model available here is nitro+ and it costs 150$ more than the power color one lol

The one I mentioned is this one. I haven't seen any reviews about this card anywhere thought. And I go for nitro+ it costs me 150$(same price as rtx 2070super here).

The main "problem" with 5700XT (as most reviewers say) is that it gets very hot under load and 3 vents is almost a "must" for this model.

2 vents are fine, but they will probably run on quite high RPM all the time, so will be noisy.

I just bought a GB 5700XT last week. Not to impressed with it so far, been having lots of drivers crashes and major hitching at times and also the GB software for controlling it is brutal bad (hello 2002!) I came from a 970 SLI setup, but hate trying to set up SLI for games at times, so wanted a one card solution again. Not sue if I made a good choice. Thinking of returning it these driver crashes and GB issues and hitching are so bad at times. I can't control the fan speed with this silly Wattman thing, it reads the rpm as insanely high some times at random (it adds a 0 on the end?!) and it maxes the fans so I have to reboot to fix it. To bad the prices of the 2070S are stupid high and I won't pay them...

Thinking about getting gtx 1080ti used if rx 5700xt is having all these issue.

Getting a used 1080ti might actually be the best option, as they are sold for around $400-500 (depending on the model and use) while a new 2070 Super is $500 (plus tax) new for the cheapest.

This is my issue.  If I could get a 2070 Super for a competitive price of say the $420-$450 range, I would buy the 2070 Super but it is ridiculous that they are priced $100+ more than the competing 5700 XT cards. For $100+ difference in price your pretty much better off taking your chances on a 5700 XT since most people don't seem to be having much issues with them any more and even if you do have issues, eventually, likely much sooner rather than later,  the drivers will get sorted.

Main issues with the AMD right now I think is the Wattman junk. Once the drivers/software gets better I think AMD will be a super card, esp compared to the overpriced Nvidia stuff.

The closet I could find for a 2070S on Black Friday was $220 difference more then a 5700XT, screw that!! :(
