I was wondering as the post title says should 1 or 2 fans be used for AIO even tho I do not overclock my 4790.

the gains of going with Push/Pull on a radiator for a not much, usually in the 3-5c range.. for a non overclockable chip, you wouldnt gain anything out of this.

Would push be best since on of the fans bearings are bugged.

What do you mean by bugged?

What AIO are you using and where is it placed? What case?
