Scythe Mugen 5 rev.B or Cooler Master Masterliquid Ml120l for Ryzen 2600X?

One is an air cooler. The other one is AIO. They are both at the same price. Which one should I buy? I use my PC mostly for coding and gaming.

Right now I have an aircooler Aerocool Verkho 5 and it performs a bit better than the stock ryzen cooler (which is good too) but when I am playing games (for example, Witcher 3), temps can really get high (70-80).

The scythe mugen is better and quieter.

I have the Mugen 5 on my 3600 and it's great. I replaced the fan with Noctua NF-P12 so i can overclock and stay in the 70s during full load tests. The fan that comes with will keep you in the 60s during gaming even if you're OC.

Air cooler in this case is the best.
