$10 worth -1 CAS and slower speeds?

I have two more slots on my MOBO and im deciding between getting another of exactly what I have above again, or save $10 and get the faster, but +1 CAS version: https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-3000MHz-Desktop-Memory/dp/B0134EW7G8/r
