Recommendation on a GPU

So I'm looking to get a GPU that could handle Modern Warfare at full graphics with everything up. Is there any GPU that could pair with my r5 1600 for a price around $500 or preferably less than $500? Also this is just 1080p gaming too. Thx!

I'd grab either a 2060 Super, or a 2070 Super... the 2070 is right at 499 buy varies on where you live... however @RAM555789 is absolutely correct... not sure what other components you have but if you bought them when you build the computer with the CPU you currently have... it's probably time for a good upgrade.
