If you plan on overclocking, grab another cooler. U14S is a good choice.

Otherwise the stock cooler is fine

What about the be quiet! BK009 Pure Rock?

So what about a single rad aio, Or just get the be Quiet? Is there a cpu cooler that isn’t $80 that performs as well as the Noctua cooler? I saw on Black Friday there was a single rad AIO for $50 from EVGA, which I’m sure there will be comparable options on cyber monday.

what about this one? ~ https://www.newegg.com/cooler-master-masterliquid-ml120l-rgb-liquid-cooling-system/p/2YM-0004-00014?Item=2YM-0004-00014&nm_mc=AFC-RAN-COM&cm_mmc=AFC-RAN-COM&utm_medium=affiliates&utm_source=afc-PCPartPicker&AFFID=2558510&AFFNAME=PCPartPicker&ACRID=1&ASID=https%3a%2f%2fpcpartpicker.com%2fproduct%2f3P2rxr%2fcooler-master-masterliquid-ml120l-rgb-667-cfm-liquid-cpu-cooler-mlw-d12m-a20pc-r1&ranMID=44583&ranEAID=2558510&ranSiteID=8BacdVP0GFs-GtrESl5gYR9w9LRlmMCtqw

I'm against AIOs, especially cheap ones.

If you just want a basic cooler that will give you a little bit of overclocking headroom, get an arctic eSports

Thanks for everything! I’ve ordered all the parts for my new PC and some of them have already come. Can’t wait to build it!
