Well, should I overclock my Ryzen 3 2200G on its stock cooler to 3.9GHz?

If your temperatures are fine, consider it. I would upgrade the cooler though, something like the Snowman from Aliexpress would be great.

it might be possible . though i had the 1200 to about 3.8 reaching max of ~60-70 degrees C and that was on stock cooler. though thats an APU so it will get hotter so i doubt you can raise it that much. but if you get lucky on the silicon and manage to OC it that high on a lower voltage, then do so.

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

CURRENT PC SPECS

CPU             Ryzen 5 3600 (Formerly Ryzen 3 1200)

GPU             : ASUS RX 580 Dual OC (Formerly ASUS GTX 1060 but it got corroded for some odd reasons)

GPU COOOER      : ID Cooling Frostflow 120 VGA (Stock cooler overheats even when undervolted :()

MOBO            : MSI B350m Bazooka

MEMORY          Team Group Elite TUF DDR4 3600 Mhz CL 16
STORAGE         : Seagate Baracudda 1TB and Kingston SSD
PSU             : Thermaltake Lite power 550W (Gonna change soon as i dont trust this)
CASE            : Rakk Anyag Frost
CPU COOLER      : ID-Cooling SE 207
CASE FANS       : Mix of ID cooling fans, Corsair fans and Rakk Ounos (planned change to ID Cooling)
DISPLAY         : SpectrePro XTNS24 144hz Curved VA panel
MOUSE           : Logitech G603 Lightspeed
KEYBOARD        : Rakk Lam Ang

HEADSET         : Plantronics RIG 500HD

Kingston Hyper X Stinger

and a whole lot of LED everywhere(behind the monitor, behind the desk, behind the shelf of the PC mount and inside the case)

Welll, I did a stress test for about half hour and my stable temps were at 85C. Is that okay?

(100% CPU and GPU were being used)

What stress test exactly? Just remember, temps can go higher since the CPU and the iGPU shares the same IHS. try running a stress test and any GPU stress like unigine valley, unigine heaven or furmark at the same time. if it reaches about 90 degrees, stop it. as much as possible, try to stay under 80.

Those temps aren't low but they're still fine and pretty normal.
