A few quick notes about the upgrade:  I made the switch to air cooling because my H100i was pushing 6 years of use and I started getting worried about pump failure or leaks while the PC was running at night.  It's been running so long that I actually bought it when the FX-8320 was released to keep that processor cool.  I eventually opted to use it instead of buying a smaller cooler on my previous CPU, the i5-4590, even though that chip had no overclocking potential.  Today it is finally retired, after serving me well across 2 different builds. The other components which are just as old that live on to this build is my VE278H, my Razer mouse, the power supply, and my intel 530. The second monitor is in portrait because the mount broke some time ago and I actually ended up enjoying this view for reading online textbooks.

Without further ado, here are the pics:

Not exactly top of the line performance but so far this rig kicks ass and for the prices I paid you really can't beat the values AMD is offering right now.  Would've happily gone with an Nvidia card but my microcenter made the 5700 a no brainer for 50 bucks off.  At 1080p 144Hz this gpu should be far more than required.

Hope you enjoyed my sub-par cell phone pics, and if you have any questions, comments, or criticisms feel free to shove them up your ass post them down below.

Edit: I managed a 4.2GHz overclock and it sits around 60C during stress testing.  So far this cooler and processor have performed excellent.  I don't plan on overclocking the GPU much.

Personal Rig v3: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X | Noctua NH-U14S | Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro ITX | Zotac GTX 2070 8GB | 16GB G-Skill Trident DDR4 3200MHz | EVGA Supernova 750B | Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX

Peripherals: Sennheiser HD518 & Classic ModMic | Corsair K65 Luxe | Zowie EC2 | ASUS VG259QM  |  ASUS VG278E | Klipsch ProMedia 2.1
