Need New Fans

Hello, I am in the market for buying some fans  for my PC build. My budget is about £75 British Pounds.

 

Case: Corsair Spec-06 RGB White Edition.

 

I do not want something that is loud, however, I do want some colour for example RGB, if not, is it possible that you can recommend some some strips for the inside of the computer case.

I would also want some fans what are white so it suits the case, unless you have found some really good black fans.

Arctic Cooling has white fans, would fit well. P14 that is.

Noiseblocker eLoop - excellent fans, white (mostly), 23$

Corsair LL White kit - RGB ones, good performance but rather costy at 120$ per 3x fans kit or 35$ per one, there's however cheaper variant - ML Pro LED White at 28$ per piece with somewhat lower performance, i'd recommend Noiseblocker over them if you don't particularly need RGB.

For comparison, you can get excellent black fans, be quiet! Shadow Wings 2 for ~15$, they're on par with Noctua and Noiseblocker if not better (but cheaper).

Sorry for the late reply -- been pretty busy and this got buried under some other tabs. 

Deepcool RF or CF fans have slightly translucent white fan blades are both decent options depending on the rgb lighting options of your motherboard. 

I'd recommend either:

2x CF140 for front intake and and a CF120 for rear exhaust: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/FDMwrH/deepcool-cf120-3in1-565-cfm-120mm-fans-dp-fa-rgb-cf120-3

or
