120mm or 240mm rad

Hi I have got a core i78700 and want to get a new case so i was wondering what cooler to get a 120mm one or 240mmm 

 

specs

CPU- i78700 

GPU-1050ti 

MBO-Asus Z370-P

2x8gb corsair 2133mhz

Corsair 650wat powersupply

120mm if you going to run the CPU at stock speeds.

240mm if you are going to overclock it.

^Agree with this. However 120mm Rads offer poor price to performance versus aircoolers

A 120mm AIO in my opinion is only really good for small form factor, 240mm is as good as a good air cooler. 280mm and above is where AIO's start to pull away a little.

Looks fine.

I used one like it for my 7700K before I started overclocking.

Why not air cool instead? It'd likely be cheaper and quieter.
