Phanteks Eclipse P600S - Dust Filter Question

So I am thinking about getting a Phanteks Eclipse P600s but I have to be honest I am concerned about the fact that they use a fabric dust filter material.   

 

My first concern is wear and tear as I will likely want to use the case with the front panel off for maximum airflow.  How durable is this mesh material?  How prone is it to tearing or fraying if something with a sharp edge gets accidentally dropped against it?

 

The second concern is how hard is this fabric to keep clean.  Is it going to get so much dust in it that it will be discolored all the time?  Can it just be easily vacuumed? 

 

If anyone has insights I would appreciate it.

I would definitely avoid vacuuming any part of your pc. Static can be damaging.
