While under heavy load Cpu Make noise

@Ayush007: It would really helpful if you could just include a HWMonitor screenshots with CPU Clocks, GPU clocks, all temperatures and all fan speeds.

I finally realise it was my AIO cooler fan , making noise , like they turn on speed then lower it down in between anytime , whether I open an application or not .Here have  a  look ,I took some screenshots while performing test.

The thing is that those tests wont tell you anything about the health of the AIO pump. Its a physical problem not a CPU chip problem. You need to check to see if you have warranty on the AIO. You might need to get it replaced.

Just took cpu temp screenshot from bios setup is it normal??
