Doubts about Laptops for Architecture

Hello everyone. My syster is currently looking to buy a new laptop so she can use in college and at work.

My doubts are the following.

 

1° - She's going to use softwares like AutoCad 2020, Revit 2020, Sketch Up + V-ray, Corel Drawl X8, Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 and Lumion 8.5

Some of these software i know that works better with a better GPU and CPU, but just to be sure, these software are more CPU Bound or GPU bound?(Could you tell me every single one of these software?)

2° - Here in Brazil it's hard to find those new models, so i've compiled a list of notebooks, would it be possible for you gentlemen to tell me which one would be a better cost-benefit for these application?

Problem solved, we will be getting a DELL G3-3590-A30P, with a Core i7-9750H 6C/12T 2.6GHz + 2x4GB DDR4 2400MHz + 1TB HD 5400RPM + 128GB M.2 SATA III SSD + GTX 1660 Ti Max-Q.

Yes, of course, but what model should we get? 

PS: One at the same price point at most and at least the 9750H with 1660 Ti.

PS: Doesn't need a SSD, becuase i'll add a Samsung EVO 860 1TB that i have laying around here.
