How to re-enable the volume limiter on Samsung phone?

Hi

 

So, I usually disable the audio limited because I want to blast my music through my headphones. However, since I noticed I hear a little bit less than I used to, I had decided to leave it on with my new phone. Today out of habit I disabled it when it popped up. And now I can't re-enable the warning again. I checked everywhere in the settings and I can't seem to find it, restarting the phone didn't help and I've seen people talk about 3 dots in the volume settings but I don't have any dots in it. It concerns a Samsung Galaxy A40 with Android 9 and One UI 1.1

 

EDIT; So, I somehow reset the volume limiter on bluetooth devices, luckily. BUT, devices that work via cable still don't have the limiter anymore.
