Gpu - cpu

. Motherboard I am in the beginning stages of upgrading my pc. So far i have added more ram and a 2070rtx. Current cpu is a i7 950. What is to potential for a bottleneck with this cpu-gpu combo motherboard is a asus x58 sabortooth

that's a 10 year old cpu, no need to explain, but that cpu is the biggest bottleneck ever.

The i7 950 can handle some games, but many of the more recent titles will struggle with it. Now, X58 has a lot of room to give some decent current gen performance, don't be afraid to snag yourself a Xeon X5670 and overclock the stuffing out of it to get some more frames in games. What's your current OC?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
