im buying a system with an atx motherboard, a ryzen 7 2700x, an rx 280, 2x8gb ddr4 3200mhz, 2x7200 rpm hdds, and a Cooler Master MasterLiquid LC240E RGB. i was wondering if a 750 watt psu would be enough for overclocking?

That’s a tier E extremely cheap psu which is in ‘dangerous in multiple scenarios’ category on LTT forums.

I wouldn’t trust that without overclocking...

buy an rmx psu or equivalent if you can. Rm550x would even be enough.
