Is this scratch fixable? (ASUS VG248QE)

There doesn't appear to be a dead pixel...just a slight scratch. Tried applying some vaseline into it, left it for a few minutes, didn't work. Any other solutions that might work? Sorry if it's not too visible in my phone camera, it's the best I could do.

toothpaste works for glass. Try at your own caution.

 

Put it on, leave it for abouit 5 mins for it to dry a little, rub in circular motion.

 

Once again, experience doing it with glass and works out fine, no experience with monitors try at your own caution.
