You can look at the 5700XT Sapphire Nitro+ or Powercolor Red Devil :)

1080, 1080ti, 2070S, 2080, 2080S, 5700, 5700XT should be fine

500€ budget.

goes to suggest 1080ti 2070s 2080 2080s lol

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.

? You can find them quite easily for that price

2080 and 2080S maybe not new, even used may be a bit above budget but the rest is easily within the budget

With even it's highest OC's,...at 1080p in say BFV,.. not with only 8 threads

(Plenty playable, not maximized like a locked 120-144hz in some heavy scenes it'll drop)

Many lighter games will work great, some are just well optimized..

BFV (my heavy CPU 8thread aware example) - 1440p 75-120hz, likely in majority of titles
Most Games 4K Easily

The CPU can only go so far in games (90-120fps ranges and then CPU usages spike or GPU usages drop or the engine just can't provide more past IPC limits per Thread.

A Good pairing if you play above 1080p, if using 1080p, #NotAllGames are equal but some will not be efficiently using the GPU.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
