Okay voltage for 6700k?

I have a 6700k on a Gigabyte Z170x mobo and just went through manually overclocking it instead of using the gigabyte software. I was able to OC it to 4.6Ghz and it's stable with temps not going over 75` on full load, but I had to crank the voltage up to 1.42. I've read online that most people won't go over 1.40 and that 1.45 is absolute maximum, but should I be very concerned if the temps stay low?

Voltage degradation is a thing, but I doubt you'd ruin your CPU with 1.42. that said, feel free to walk it back, not like you'd notice a difference between 4.6 and 4.5 anywho

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Does this mean that my VCore is variable so it's not constantly running at 1,42?
