First and foremost I would like to thank everyone who helped me with my issue with the m.2 ssd, I did eventually get it to boot but realized that. None of the preinstalled stuff was there or would work, so I'm sending that back. Now on to the more important topic, I'll be getting a 2tb 2.5 ssd over black Friday, and I shouldn't have anywhere near as many issues with that as I did with the m.2, since all I'll be doing is cloning my steam library and other precious games, my question now, is once I move the stuff over to the larger drive, will all my things be in the same spot on my desktop screen?

Whatever you clone will be a mirror, exactly as the drive you are reading from looks. So, whatever is on the source drive will be in the same location on the new destination.
