I kinda doubt that, and the only reason i take it is for a bad throat as it kill of bacteria preventing minor throat infections and is just generally a good cough suppressant.

Its not that bad in hot chocolate, i tried it as a kid, and as long as you don't go overboard with it the latte then might be ok

I use it as a healthier alternative to sugar as sometimes i prefer it sweet, normally later at night.

@N1tro199 the only way I can drink coffee is if it's heavy diluted by liquid flavored creamers  or chocolate, cream, and ice then blended.

I get that people like drinking coffee with sweetners but I use the same logic as with other beverages. I don't put anything else in my beer. I drink my milk straight. So I try to drink everything else straight!

Coffee with honey would remain black, though. I think you meant "bitter" (as opposed to "sweet"), rather than "black" (as opposed to "with milk/cream")
