The best choices for gaming pc??

Hi I'm new to here and here is the list that I will plan to build for a gaming pc.

I'd like to know if my setup is great for 4k game, VR gaming and also 3D works.

 

CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K

GPU: EVGA RTX 2080 Ti Ftw3 Ultra

SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 1TB

Memory: G.Skill Trident Z Royal Series 32GB(2 X 16GB) DDR4 3600MHz

               Intel Optane Memory M.2 2280 32GB PCIe NVMe 3.0 x 2

Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix z390-E Gaming Motherboard

CPU Fan: NOCTUA NH-D15 chromax black 140mm Dual-tower CPU Cooler

CASE: be quiet! Silent Base 801 window orange

Power Supply: be quiet! Dark Power Pro 11 1000W 80 Plus Platinum

Edit: although you are going to need to buy a cpu cooler because the 9900k does not come with one

overspend on psu.

 

You might want to look for 3700x because it is cheap and performs neck to neck with 9900k and am4 allows you to upgrade to 3900x or 3950x in a year or two.
