I use a deathadder because I got it on sale, and the only way to use this mouse is to palm grip it, haha. 

I've always palm gripped though, so no complaints here.

I have a Gigabyte poo but waiting for a Sharkoon Fireglider and I hold it with my hand, kind of a palm grip / fingertip.

Nothing to see here - move along.

Corsair M95, palm grip. I've occasionally clawed it, as it's just slightly too big for my hands. Palm is manageable though if I don't need to use the side buttons.

I have the g400s, solid mouse with ample buttons and great tactile buttons

 

I use a loose palm with more control in the finger tips ;)
