What does the B stand for the LG 27GL850-B?

I was eyeing the monitor for a while on amazon and now i wanted to buy it and it's out of stock :( so i looked it up on pcpartpicker and found that it's available on adorama but there it only says LG 27GL850.

I'm pretty sure it's the exact same monitor, but maybe with different cords if Canada uses different power outlets than the US. The -B shows up on the Canadian website, and the non-B on the US.

I could be wrong, but I can't tell any differences. Someone more knowledgeable might know if there's a difference or not.
