Check VRAM Temps

So I recently removed the stock cooler on my GPU and reapplied new thermal paste to everything. I am wanting to check the VRAM temps somehow and make sure I got good paste application on those. Is this possible? I don't see anything in GPU-Z.

HWinfo will show them if your card reports them. Not usually the case.
