Is the MSI Optix MAG27CQ any good?

Title says it all really.

 

I primarily game, but also do video editing. Color accuracy isn't top priority as I have a nice color accurate IPS monitor for video editing, but it still should look decent.

It's pretty good, only issue is a lot of AAA games not running past 200fps. fps games are still going to be helped though.

I think I'll go with that monoprice 1440p monitor you linked. Thank you so much for your help! I haven't shopped for monitors since 75hz IPS was top of the line

No review for this specific model that i could find. The 1080p variant is bad, BUT this is a different panel so one cant totaly rate it on that ground. That being said MSI was ok with release the 1080p variant in the condition it is, with its truly terrible uniformity, poor factory calibration, and poor pixel response times despite it being a 144hz panel.

 

Unless u can get it localy in store, so that u can easily return it if needed, i wouldnt risk buying one without a full tested review.
