Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master Not Sleeping.

I have a pretty beast of a build and its been going well but every once and a while i like to just click sleep, but with this pc when i do it just restarts, the pc has done this since i built it so i dont know where to check or anything  i thunk it might have to do with how its pluged in but i wouldnt make sense so im asking the community  . basic specs are as follows

• ryxen 3700x
• aorus master x570
• 32bg ddr4 3000mhz ram by balistix
• rtx 2060 super
• Rm850x 850 watt psu by corsair
• samsung nvme gen 3 500 gb ssd (c drive)
• kingston 1tb ssd sata
