thermaltake level 20 mt argb connect to asus motherboard

johno711

My thermaltake case has 3 front RGB fans, and a SATA powerered RGB controller, with a motherboard input for a 3 pin addressable RGB header. I have an ASUS X570 TUF Gaming Plus motherboard.
When I plug into the header and set the fans to be controlled by the motherboard, only the bottom fan of the 3 lights up, this matches the motherboard RGB, but it's frustrating that all 3 fans don't work.

I can use the fan controller itself fine, all 3 work, but then obviously it doesn't sync with my motherboard and wraith prism cooler.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I've checked the connected, and the cable is plugged in.
What gets me is 1 out of the 3 fans works under AURA.... in theory because the controller is getting the motherboard signal correctly it should control all 3 fans, but apparently not....
