Memory clock stuck at 875mhz and the gpu also not being utilised 100%

Gpu - sapphire pulse rx 5700

Game - far cry 5 new dawn

RX 5700's 14MT/s GDDR6 has a memory clock of 875MHz. So it's running as designed, maybe a CPU bottleneck?

That is the default. Most people can get it stable at 900 though if you overclock it a little.

@Yuvraj Mann What are all your other system specs?

If RAM is 8gb that can cause it even if the CPU is great and depending on settings, which by the looks of that CPU usage its chugging fairly hard so likely the 5700 isn't being provided enough time to build the frames (and at that Wattage it looks like a Laptop CPU)

After that realization (is this an External GPU hooked to a laptop?) from looking at the pics and CPU usage/wattage(could be completely wrong here) but if so, how are you connecting to the laptop?

note: i didn't touched anything on pulse rx 5700. i use afterburner for stats only

From what I see in the SS (is this an external GPU on a laptop?) your CPU is tapped out causing the issues you are seeing.  Its running 100% before you alt tab out or close something.

i was installing a game and other stuff at the same time, i5 8400 isn't really great for heavy multitasking tho and no it's not external gpu on laptop. it's proper pc

let's hope it's not mobo's fault (msi-h310 vh pro)

This, that CPU is chugging at 74% unable to provide the GPU with the 1 second frame time to utilize the GPU @ 100%.
