Outlook adding as IMAP, no Calendar Sync

So I'm trying to setup my Outlook email on my phone and get it to add as something other than IMAP because when added as IMAP I can't enable push sync, instead I have to manually set a sync timer and it also doesn't sync my calendar or contacts.

 

Any help?

You can find Microsoft's instructions for setting up @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, and @live.com based email addresses as Exchange ActiveSync accounts on various devices on their website at the link below. EAS is how you get things like your contacts and calendar syncing.
