we're not talking "sued" and "jail" here, we're talking a cease and desist letter and possible canceling of your ISP account, IPS's hate when universal or the MPAA come calling, waste of their time, the more people torrenting and using their network the better, mmm, delicious gigabites $$$$$

but why? I love it, that my ISP, doesn0t give a shit. I could download 100 TB of porn and illegal stuuf, and they wouldn't give a shit. :P

 

Here in Europe is a bit different. There are laws against pirating software, but no one gives a shit, sooo cool! But in America, those horrible NSA can cause you a lot of trouble.
