Which is the best brand for peripherals ?

You are not going to find a single brand that both has all of those products, and whose products aren't crap. We also can't recommend anything without a budget. You can easily get into several thousand dollars with just audio or just a keyboard.

For headset, you're likely better off with a decent pair of headphones and a standalone mic. For keyboards, you'll likely have to get a custom, as all major gaming brands only sell absolute hot garbage (only a handful of products as exceptions). Mice, depends on what games you play. Mouse pad is just 100% personal preference. Headset stand, you'll have to decide what fits well with the rest of your setup. And with all of this, personal preference and usecase matters a ton. And we of course can't make any recommendations if we don't know either of those.

What brand is the best for peripherals ? I want to be able to sync up all the lights with one program. Also what are some specific products within the brand that you would recommend. Consider things like headsets, keyboards, mice, mousepads, and headset stands

Personally I am not really a 'brand x is best in all' kind of person, which I guess is not the type of person you are looking for..

IMO:

Keyboards: Coolermaster, Ducky, Leopold

Mice: Logitech or Corsair
Headsets: hahahha, headsets.. I prefer headphones.. Not that RGB matters on headsets anyways.. Right, I like Beyerdynamic, but there are a ton of options

Mousepad: it's cloth.. I have a Coolermaster pad..

Headset stand: I tried using them multiple times, in my setup it's just not convenient.

Controllers: Nintendo's controllers are all comfy, Xbox One is pretty good too

Drawing tablets: Wacom all the way

I just kind of described my entire setup, except for mouse..

I wouldn't base your decision on syncing LED's alone. Go with what feels best, no one can tell you what's right for you. None of my peripherals are from the same brand, they work for my uses and I typically hang onto them until they completely disintegrate.
