Speaker wire help

Hello, 

Just moved into an new house and the house has two speakers built into the roof. The speakers each have a hdmi cable and a yellow and white wire at the other end. Then there are 3 sets of red and black wires. 2 sets are probably for the ceiling speakers but what about the last set?? What is the hdmi cable for?? What are the yellow and white cables for???

Looks like they had a at most setup the HDMI cable should have been plugged into a source then into a receiver black and reds are speaker cables and white and yellow I'm not quite sure about possibly RCA?

yea red and black go to speakers

hdmi source to screen

but that white and yellow look like cut network cable

just noticed a black cable also ran with the white

how many wires are in those 3 cables
