Try testing the GPU with GPUPI 3.3.3,

Tell us if you get any errors while testing.

Press Calculate then OK to start.

It's called artifacting. Usually GPU issues. Can be caused by driver, overheating, bad OC or just card itself breaking.

 

Sometimes can be monitor, but less likely.

 

Not related to software or Windows.

Thanks. Turns out I messed up a driver install. The save is corrupted now but that’s ok at least I can play doom again
