blurry monitor when extending

i have 2 monitors my primary a normal Dell 1080p and my second is square shaped Dell but runs 1080p just scaled (1280x1224). My secondary screen looks great but my primary is blurry. When I change the setting to *show only on 1* my primary screen looks like it should; no settings had changed. The only thing I could think of was that my second screen is making my primary to run lower. 

I set the resolution of my secondary screen on my primary and it's still blurry. 

 

CPU: Ryzen 1600

Gpu: 1050ti 4gb (strix oc)

Memory: 8gb

Definitely not a cooling problem
