I need one circuit breaker for over current, and 1 isolater. Which one is this

That one is going to break a circuit when there's too much current (C40 means 40 amps).

That one is going to break a circuit when there are voltage spikes.

And yes, they can be used simultaneously. Use them in series (one is connected to another).

Dude, do you really think it's a good idea to rely on a 4$ chinese thing for your life?

I'd suggest looking at distributors of electronic components for these parts, from reputable brands.

For example, in Europe see tme.eu  or farnell.com

TME.eu's circuit breakers page is here: https://www.tme.eu/en/katalog/circuit-breakers_100418/

Here's the same page, with filters to show only 32A ..63A breakers, ordered by price :  very long TME.eu URL

If you want you can filter further to show only 2 pole or 3 pole breakers.

If you are going solar and using an inverter, I would suggest using a powerstrip with good filter on it. I would look at something like this for surge protection or you can do like I do in my RV and run your battery powered inverter to feed a UPS. While it is a little less efficient it does do wonders for being able to hotswap batteries without disrupting your electronics and it does buffer out power drops that happens from say initial powerup of an electronic device....such as a mini fridge in an RV.
