HELP 0x80000000000000 (BSOD) APPEARED

My laptop is keep posting BSOD for a couple days. I read same scenarios from different forum about this kind of crash and most of the solution is the command sfc /scannow from cmd to replace or fix corrupted files from the system. But my laptop can't do anything to fix the problem.

BTW I recently add new 8gb RAM and install ThrottleStop (Undervolt 0.80 mV)

Looks like a Windows System File Corruption. You can try the System repair Function. If that doesnt work, which in many cases doesnt, a reinstall will (or better say, should) fix it.

Update:

That is the answer all right in 8 and 10.  but as you stated, after running dism, you MUST run sfc to complete the repair.
