Asus monitor differences

I'm looking to get a 1440p 27" monitor and the Asus PG279Q is the most common choice I was recommended. However, I found that there are 4 models of the Monitor

PG279Q

PG279QR

PG279QE

PG279QZ

 

They all seem to have the same specs except one, I think the PG279QR, has more of a gaming aesthetic. What are the differences?

All have the same screen tech, all 1440p 165 gsync.

The difference is the look and some bells an whistles.

Really. I thought at least the others would maybe have a different screen tech than the PG279Q since they are newer models

I think so, the 279Q, 27 is the screen size + 9Q is the specs code.

They are segmented by using different exterior and also some additional like USB ports.

I bet if you break it down, you'll find the same lcd module and display board.

Huh, so they are all the same. Would you have any recommendations of which I should get?

PG279Q R -> have RGB. The design is more towards gamer.

I like simple design, so if you ask me, i would buy the simplest one.

And to add, the QZ has a build in speakers, if you need one.
