Hello guys Im here again I returned my Cpu and my mainbaord ( ryzen 2700x and asrock b450m steel legend) and bought new ram corsair 16gb 3000mhz and again build all the things into my case .

After that I tried to boot and again thr CPU cooler doesnt starts and my screen is black.

So I removed again the battery and like last the time the cpu cooler started working but the screen is still black

Do you have a graphics card? The 2700 doesn't have integrated graphics. 

 

What parts are you using?

Have you checked all the cables going from PSU to motherboard?

Try to boot with only one RAM stick. If that doesn't work, change the channel that the RAM stick is in and try again. Repeat if you have multiple RAM sticks. If it never works with a new stick, but works with different RAM, the new stick of RAM is faulty. Make sure the basic things are also secure, like the display cable and all power cables.

Ah yes sorry I got a GTX 1060 6gb and a 550w corsair vs series powersupply
