Undervolting i7-3610QM

my laptop gets 95C when playing games. i already clean and repaste it. it help the gpu stable at 77C but not the cpu. i need to undervolt this but idk how or the stable volt for my cpu. im using XTU

  Spec: Macbook Air 2017    

ProcessorPU: ii5 (I5-5350U |    

| RAM: 8GB LPDDR3 |

| Storage: 128GB SSD | 

 | GPU: Intel HD 6000 |

| Audio: JBL 450BT Wireless Headset |

stable is different for every CPU. Just keep going down until it crashes.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

i cant found it on XTU. seems disabled.
