Since it is only a "Gsync compatible" display and not a true Gysnc display, you will have a difference in quality. My guess is there are timing issues that are not addressed with that monitor, and since it's not on the G-SYNC compatible list (Check here to see the full list of monitors, your HF version is not there), it's not a certified good monitor for use with Gsync. I'd honestly turn it off if I were you.

Since I have enabled GSYNC my fortnite looks very blurry when building.

Does someone know whats the problem?

Thank you !

Make sure motion blur is off. If it is, please share what monitor you use and system specs. I can't give you much advice off of just the fact that it's blurry. :P

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/

Gysnc sync the Frames the GPU sends to the Monitor. It doesnt has any kind of impact on Graphic Settings.

That's a FreeSync monitor from what I can tell, it should still work with your GPU just fine though (using a DisplayPort connector IIRC).

Did you change any other settings? Sometimes they can make games look wack. Like in Assassin's Creed Odyssey, if I enable MSAA it looks incredibly blurry, like if you smeared potato all over the screen. Once I disabled that it was crispy af.

Dont know what that means. And if you use a Freesync Display. I doubt Gsync realy work. People say that some Displays do, but Gsync Displays have a Hardware Solution for the frame sync. Which Freesync Displays dont have. I doubt its the course of your Problem tho. Check your Graphic Settings for Motionblur ect.

Is it only blurry when you're building? I don't play Fortnite, but from what I've seen of it you move around a lot while building, could be motion blur like @BrinkGG suggested. It would be blurry in other places when you whip around to fight someone as well though, but I don't know if it'd be as noticeable.

When I am shooting and flink It is not blured but when I am building editing and build fighting and once I disable gsync it is normal and motion blur is off

So the HF version of that monitor is technically a FreeSync monitor with Gsync support (no actual Gsync hardware, all done in software).

It's FreeSync range is 48Hz-240Hz according to DisplayNinja and other reviews I'm reading, so the blur you're seeing may be your framerate dropping below 120Hz and becoming "blurry" instead of choppy.

I also know that Fortnite's recent update killed a LOT of people's framerates when turning their playermodel quickly on screen, and building anything but straight forward has your playermodel turning a lot.

I don't remember how well the 2060 runs fortnite, but I do know a lot of people with 1080Tis and 2080s having issues getting 240Hz right now.

TL;DR, I think the "Blur" you are seeing is your framerate taking a heavy dip when turning to build thanks to the new update. Try lowering in game settings or lowering your max refresh rate to 144Hz and start with that.

After I mentioned that I remembered a friend of mine mentioning the new update having a really bad time with quick turns to render. I think this is more likely the issue.

(I don't play fortnite at all but I am friends with multiple competitive players and an esports Org owner, so I hear a lot. :P )

If you disable G-Sync do you see screen tearing or anything? G-Sync only helps if you drop so far below the refresh rate of your monitor that you start to get screen tearing, otherwise it doesn't actually do anything. Some FreeSync monitors can have issues with G-Sync so it could be that.

You shouldn't drop that low with a 9600K and 2060 if you run med/low settings though, especially if you slap that 9600K to 5Ghz with a good cooler (my 8600K - same CPU but with paste instead of solder - at 5Ghz kept up easily with SLI 1080s).

Ah yeah, was gonna mention that as well. I know with the whole reset thing they changed a lot about the game, could be the update being wacky.

The cable?

And OCing the CPU helps with pushing more FPS, if you're already getting 200+ you don't need to worry about it.

No. Your PC could run 10 Fortnites without Problems.

You dont have a Gsync Display, so just keep it off.
